First of all, I would like to wish you a happy and prosperous New Year! I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing festive period.

As you are aware with January 9th we start the refurbishment of the Fitness Center to reopen on February 1st with a brand new facility under the management of the Budapest Marriott Hotel. We would like to keep you active during the refurbishment even if we will have temporary and limited opportunities available during the refurbishment. I kindly send you below the most important dates and information related to the refurbishment:

Refurbishment dates

January 9th to February 1st, 2017
On 2017.01.08 (Sunday) we are going to close at 18pm. Until that, we are keeping the same class schedule and opening hours.

Location of the temporary gym

Function rooms Béla A and Béla B on the Lobby level, next to the main entrance of the Budapest Marriott Hotel (the hotel staff is happy to assist you)

Opening hours

Weekdays - from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
Weekends – from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm

Service offered

Cardio machines, dumbbells, equipment for own body weight training.

Access

Please ask the hotel Front Office to provide you with a key card for access of the temporary gym by showing your WorldClass membership card. You are kindly asked to return the key card after you finished your training.
Unfortunately we can't accept AYCM card in the temporary gym. 

Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with any classes, spa, massage service and locker rooms , shower opportunities over the period of refurbishment.

If you would like to freeze your membership for this period, please do so until Sunday (2016.01.08) by email (receptionm@worldclass.hu and gabriella.kosa@worldclass.hu). This option is possible for every valid memberships, not just only for yearly memberships. If you rented one of our lockers, I would like to ask you to empty it until 2017.01.08 (Sunday) 18pm. Certainly we're going to postpone your contract with 3 weeks. 

Thank you for your understanding, patience and loyalty over the period of renewal. I am convinced that our renewed health club with its state of the art cardio and strength machines, various equipment, brand new spa and locker rooms refreshed classes will be a perfect place of your trainings and rejuvenation.
